Brief overview of the role
Euromonitor International is looking for a strategically minded and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to support Euromonitors growing products portfolio, content and services. You will have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and are keen to take your career to the next level, as part of a high-performing and collaborative Marketing team.
You enjoy working in an environment where you have the freedom and support to be creative, and test new approaches and ideas. You have a deep understanding of how marketing activities can create demand, drive leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
You will develop in-bound and outbound campaigns that attract new clients and engage existing ones and deliver on important marketing projects where you will have primary ownership. You thrive on data driven decision making and understand that an analytical approach can lead to valuable insights and success.
With localisation being a key to our success, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager in setting up and implementing Euromonitors locally focused marketing plans for our Bangalore, Dubai and Cape Town Offices. ensuring we align local office needs with wider global priorities.
You will take ownership of generating a consistent flow of marketing qualified sales leads, with the ability to experiment across all our marketing channels to identify new and better ways to drive awareness, consideration and engagement.
Own, manage and execute best practice marketing campaigns to support Euromonitor Internationals business objectives.
Leverage global content to develop localised marketing campaigns and grow engagement in MEAI.
Drive demand and lead generation, primarily using our marketing automation platform, Marketo. Create lead nurture, trigger and customer marketing campaigns using the full range of capability within the platform.
Track, analyse and report on marketing campaigns performance against objectives and targets using Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo data.
Collaborate with other marketing team colleagues (Digital, New Product, Content ,Events and Press) to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned and completed successfully across all channels.
Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organisation to optimise customer journeys, as well as creating breakthrough content and messaging.
Represent Marketing in Sales/Research forums and be the ambassador for the team.
At times, provide your colleagues with local language support. For better localisation of content and to generate greater marketing engagement at a local or regional level.
Provide mentoring and support to junior members of team via knowledge share.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills / Proficiencies required
Good balance of personal initiative and a true team player
Minimum experience of 3 - 5 years in Marketing
A positive, proactive and strategic mindset
A confident and articulate communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Good understanding of and experience with the marketing mix: demand and lead generation, email, content and product marketing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong project and time management skills
Inquisitive about the success of your activities with the able to analyse and show results
Enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
Ability to assess and prioritise workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
CRM and marketing automation experience (ideally Salesforce and Marketo)
Experience in digital, social and communications a bonus.
Track record of working closely with sales teams to generate measurable leads
