The job involves not only maintaining the backbone support to the field staff but also keep the communications line working round the clock, and may involve trouble shooting and fire- fighting for distress calls from across the globe. The person should be understanding, helpful, with quick reflexes, soft spoken, team member, and hard working with deep knowledge in a few spheres of computer operations.

The primary qualification for these posts are basic graduation with slightly more than basic knowledge of computer operations, preferably with further qualification in management. Knowledge and qualifications in other fields shall be an added advantage and obtain preference in employment.
The emoluments for the jobs shall be commensurate with qualification and experience and result oriented, and shall not be a constraint for the proper candidates.
Note : Some of these jobs may involve extensive traveling including tours.
