A Brand marketer who cannot just shape existing brands, but who can work on brand development and creation from scratch / starting point.
Has the drive to help scale and deliver on business metrics
Has keen eye for design and creative judgement and able to bring / direct partners for good design and creative development for the brand assets.
Can lead independently and craft integrated marketing plans for both off and on platform, working in tandem with external agency partners and internal stakeholders.
Having experience of building and managing a team of Performance Marketers & Analysts.
Core Responsibilities
Would contribute to the Brand building, campaigns and Go-to-Market strategies for
Jeeves Brand
Focussed on driving the brand health metrics, growth & customer task for the brand, through marketing, consumer led projects and brand building.
Hands on experience with performance marketing, and have worked in scaling e-com brands / portals.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Work with the internal Sales & Operations, Product and tech, brand marketing team to ensure smooth tracking of campaigns and conversion rate optimisation projects.
Regularly monitor and report key metrics around marketing performance for All channels and all domains to the respective business heads.
Work with business and product teams to drive offers and landing pages that will help in improving conversions.
Must haves
Ability to translate business and consumer tasks with deep consumer connect.
Have prior ecommerce(B2B/B2C) and digital marketing experience.
Should have experience of building and managing a team of Performance Marketers & Analysts.
Key hands on experience in brand marketing, with experience in brand building and GTM.
Has keen eye for design and creative judgement and able to bring or direct the partners for good design and creative development for the brand assets
