This position requires to carry out the vision of the Facilities Management Program that benefits the operations of staff and clients in the areas of work and production. To be able to define target business process for Enterprise Asset Management areas using Maximo application. This position will be responsible for providing training and support to the Maximo system users, working alone or a part of the team. A large responsibility of this position is to coordinate with internal departments and staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Data Preparation & validation
On-site / off-site trainings
Site audits and analysis
MIS / reports preparations & Presentations
Segments, vendors, Operations, sites, Cross-functionals department, Clients and other divisions coordination
CMMS tool usage & trouble shooting
Expert / knowledge based solutions to sites & other internal divisions.
Working with Functional Leads and subject matter experts for data gathering.
Schedule/Conduct/Facilitate Training sessions for all CMMS tool users and delivering user training materials.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and guidance to all CMMS tool users in effort to use CMMS tool for daily tasks and serve as primary contact for CMMS tool System Users
Liaise with infrastructure team, the supplier and internal departments
Help To implement different CMMS tools and provide technical and procedural direction to all CMMS tool system users
Job Requirements

B.E / BTech / Engineer or Equivalent (IBM Software) 7 years

0-2 years

Knowledge of Facilities Management processes and Some knowledge of equipment and maintenance.

Ability to analyze present processes and develop strategies for improvement in the adoption and usage of the software effectively.

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and ability to run reports and validate data.

Clear understanding of Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance concepts.

Understanding of data and configuration dependencies.

Business insight- Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals

Ensures accountability- Holding oneself and others accountable for meeting commitments

Resourcefulness- Securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently

Manages ambiguity- Operates effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear

Collaborates- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

Communicates effectively- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Salary -25k CTC
