Salary: 3.50LPA

Working Days: 5 (rotational shifts)

Offs: 2 (rotational)

NOTE: candidate should have excellent communication skills and relevant documents + vaccination certificate

Job description

Cross-sell / upsell set products like (Loans and mortgages) & (Priority / elite accounts)
Displaying complete onus to customers queries / problems
Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by Complying to service and sales guidelines
Achieving Call Quality targets
Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time

Required Candidate profile

Excellent written and oral communication
Service mind set
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Good comprehension skills
Team player with a positive attitude
