Concerning Liability Sales:

The liability sales division is responsible for the banks retail foreign exchange business, assets, and liability acquisition. The department is in charge of sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and currency business in order to grow the banks retail book. It also drives business from all Axis branches.


Concerning the Role

A member of the Banks front-line sales team is Officer Sales.
Their main duty is to sell the banks products to potential new clients.
They will be expected to travel frequently to meet new clients and participate in off-site marketing initiatives.
They are in charge of recommending banking and outside products to clients in accordance with their requirements.
They are in charge of responding to client inquiries.
Officer Sales must meet bank-assigned goals within the first six months of their employment in order to be confirmed.
Important Responsibilities

selling to new clients of products from banks and other companies.
Engaging in daily marketing activities and local trips to meet new clients.
making contact with current clients to request additional deposits and to cross-sell new products.
attain the daily and monthly sales goals set forth by the organisation.
Obtain the necessary certifications for the position (AMFI, EUIN etc.).
Complete any educational exercises that the bank occasionally conducts.
Customer relationship management (CRM) systems in banks are updated daily.
For each action, adhere to all regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
Participate in and adhere to any and all efforts that the bank occasionally undertakes.


Key Responsibilities:

Selling of banks and third party products to new customers.
Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN etc.).
Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
Daily entry of interaction with customers in banks CRM system.
Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduation from a recognized institute
Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work successfully as a part of a team
High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls.
Should have compatible mobile device with a required Android/ iOS versio
